of Clackamas, Washington and Multnomah Counties (MIX) are eligible
to apply for a full service library card valid throughout Clackamas
County. |

Library cards are free to Clackamas County
residents who support the Library District with their property tax
dollars. |

To get a library card you
must show one piece of photo ID; and a document demonstrating proof of residence (if not already on photo ID). |

Minors will need a parent's/guardian's
signature |

Residents of Multnomah and Washington
County, and Fort Vancouver Library District (MIX) are eligible to
apply for a full service library card valid throughout Clackamas
County. |

Residents of non-MIX counties
may purchase a full service library card for $95.00 per year. |
